What is the shipping timeframe for K9 Dryers?
All new K9 Dryers typically ship within three business days. Double K dryers are made to order and take between 6=12 weeks depending on the dryer model. Speedy and E-Z Groom dryers ship within 3 days. -
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all dryers to the lower 48 contiguous states.We do not offer free shipping on parts. -
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We do not accept C.O.D. orders. -
Is sales tax charged?
Sales tax is only applied to orders shipping to Pennsylvania (PA) and Kansas (KS).
Returns & Policies

What is your return policy?
Returns must be authorized in advance and made within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in salable condition with original packaging. Double K dryers have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. - All out bound freight charges will be deducted from the refund. Customer is responsible for return freight.

Are there restocking fees?
Yes. A 20% restocking fee applies to items returned after 7 days or specialized equipment (K9, Circuiteer, etc.) returned after inspection. Please call prior to returning. - Which items are non-returnable
pureWASH Pro X2 units and all dryer/clipper repair parts are non-returnable.

How can I contact customer support?
You can reach our team for assistance or technical questions at 800-869-8225. - Dryer won’t start: All 2 motor dryers require a dedicated 20 amp circuit; using them on a shared or 15 amp breaker may cause it to trip.
- Avoid Extension Cords: Never use an extension cord with high-velocity dryers, as this can starve the motor of voltage and prevent it from starting.
- Inspect the Switch: If your unit has toggle or variable switches, a faulty switch is a common point of failure. If the switch feels "mushy" or doesn't click, it likely needs replacement.
- Dryer is overheating or getting too hot:
- Clean the Filters: Clogged filters are the #1 cause of overheating. If the motor is starving for air, it will run much hotter than intended. Vacuum filters daily and wash them weekly with warm, soapy water.
- Check Motor Brushes: Worn carbon brushes can cause internal arcing and excessive heat. Replace brushes when 50% to 75% of the brush is consumed, or roughly every 600 hours of use.
- Check Ambient Temperature: High-velocity dryers use "motor-warmed" air. If your grooming room is over 70°F or highly humid, the output air will naturally feel much hotter.
- Reduced airflow or "weak" performance:
- Inspect the Hose & Nozzle: Check for nicks, splits, or blockages (like hair clogs) inside the hose and blower tips.
- One Motor vs. Two: On dual-motor units, ensure both switches are engaged. If only one motor is running, the airflow will feel significantly reduced.
- "Black dust" blowing out of the nozzle:
- This is a sign of worn carbon brushes breaking down. Stop using the dryer immediately and replace the brushes to prevent permanent motor damage. The motor armature should be “dressed” at the same time.
